Your Privacy Rights

• Access & download. Get a copy of everything we hold about you, in a portable format.
• Delete your account. 7-day grace period, then a complete purge.
• Correct inaccurate data. Edit your profile or email us for fields you can't change yourself.
• Opt out of analytics. Reject non-essential cookies — your choice is honored across the site.
• Opt out of sale or sharing. R2R does not sell your personal information, and you can confirm or revoke any data sharing here.
• Decline AI evaluation. AI scoring is integral to R2R. Your right to opt out is the right not to submit, and to delete what you've already submitted.

You can export everything we hold about your account — profile, content you've created, R2R activity, audit entries — as a JSON file from your Privacy settings. Exports are generated on demand and cover the lifetime of your account.

Under GDPR Art. 15 (Right of Access), CCPA § 1798.110/115 (Right to Know), and equivalent laws in the UK, Canada, Brazil, and elsewhere.

From Privacy settings you can schedule deletion. We hold for a 7-day grace period (so you can change your mind), then permanently purge your profile, content, and personal records from our active systems. Backups roll off on their own schedule (described in our Privacy Policy).

A small set of records is retained where law requires it (for example, billing and tax records, security audit logs, and records connected to a legal claim). These are kept only as long as legally necessary.

Most profile fields are editable from your account settings. For anything you can't change yourself, email privacy@r2rmedia.ai and we'll correct it within 30 days.

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and security. Any other cookies — including product analytics — are optional and off by default until you accept.

Re-open the cookie banner anytime from your Privacy settings.

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of all non-essential cookies and any sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not show you the cookie banner, and analytics/marketing categories will be set to "off" automatically.

R2R does not sell your personal information (as the term "sell" is defined under California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and similar U.S. state privacy laws), and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do share limited information with the service providers we use to operate R2R (for example, our email delivery and database hosting providers). These are processors who act on our instructions under written data-processing agreements and are not free to use your data for their own purposes.

If you would like the list of service providers (sub-processors) we rely on, email privacy@r2rmedia.ai — we'll send you the current list, which forms an appendix to our Data Processing Agreement.

Under CCPA § 1798.120 (Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing) and equivalent laws in CO, CT, VA, UT, TX, OR, and other U.S. states.

R2R uses AI to score the pitch decks, ideas, and videos that founders submit. AI-assisted evaluation is integral to how we deliver pitch decks to investors — it is not an optional add-on we can disable while still providing the service.

For that reason, instead of a "request human review" workflow (which we cannot meaningfully enforce, since the ultimate decision sits with each independent investor), we give you a clear right not to participate:

• If you do not want a particular deck, idea, or video to be evaluated by AI, do not submit it through R2R. You are always free to contact investors directly outside the platform.
• To withdraw consent for content you've already submitted, delete that content from your account.
• To withdraw consent globally, close your account. We hold for a 7-day grace period and then purge.

By accepting our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at signup, you provide the explicit consent that is the lawful basis for AI evaluation. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already performed.

Any human re-review of an AI score is a decision the receiving investor makes on their own terms. R2R cannot compel an investor to manually re-review a deck they have passed on, and we will not promise to do so on their behalf.

Lawful basis: explicit consent under GDPR Art. 22(2)(c) and Art. 9(2)(a) where applicable.

We will not deny service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right under California, EU, or other applicable law.

For any privacy request, email privacy@r2rmedia.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days (45 days for complex requests, with notice to you).

If you believe we have not addressed your concern, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction (for EU/EEA residents, your local supervisory authority; for California residents, the California Privacy Protection Agency).
